A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor/legal exec/fee earner to join its growing team in Doncaster. This is a strong opportunity to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while building lasting relationships with both employer and employee clients.

As the successful candidate, you will manage your own caseload covering:

• Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Redundancy and settlement agreements
• Disciplinary and grievance advice
• Drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies
• Providing strategic HR and risk management advice to business clients

The firm is seeking a Qualified Solicitor with solid employment law experience, confident managing matters independently and representing clients in the Employment Tribunal where required. Commercial awareness, strong client care skills and a practical, solutions focused approach are essential.
