We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to join a supportive secondary school in January 2026. You will play a key role in promoting students' welfare, behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing, ensuring every young person feels supported and able to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Lead behaviour and pastoral support across a year group or key stage
Work collaboratively with SLT, Heads of Year, and external agencies
Support safeguarding processes and manage concerns appropriately
Build strong relationships with students and families
Monitor attendance and behaviour data to support positive outcomesRequirements:

Previous pastoral, safeguarding, or behaviour management experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
