Flat shift pattern of 9am - 6pm, Mon- Fri

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Good in Clerk for a well-established, leading Builders Merchants in the Fairford, Gloucestershire region. The ideal candidate will have the following expertise and experience:

• Attention to detail
• Receiving, inspecting, and booking in the correct items to ensure our stock levels are accurate.
• Physically fit and able to lift items up to 25kg
• Able to work under pressure
• Working as part of a team
• A good understanding of computer work (we use a lot of different tabs on our system)
• Must know how to use Outlook
• Raise discrepancy with supplier via email or phone
• Good housekeeping
• Good timekeeping
• Dealing with delivery drivers
• Understanding the use of a pallet truck
• Boxing up daily deliveries between 5pm-6pm

Customer interaction with committed customer service is also a major part of the position in general, so a pro-active approach and positive attitude will be required at all times.
