Electrical Supervisor
To join our property compliance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical compliance and a passion for maintaining high safety standards across diverse property sites.🔍
Role OverviewAs a
Property Compliance Officer - Electrical, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems across our property portfolio meet current regulations and compliance standards. You'll split your time between office-based duties (2-3 days per week) and on-site inspections and testing.✅
Essential Requirements

Education:
Level 4 qualification in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Technical Qualifications:
IEE 18th Edition (IET Wiring Regulations)
BS 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
P405 or NRV4 (Desirable)
Skills & Attributes:
Strong IT skills and familiarity with certification software (training provided)
Excellent report writing and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to manage workloads independently🧠
Knowledge & Tools

Understanding of TCW documentation management systems (training available)
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular on-site responsibilities🌟
