Join a well-established structural steelwork company based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, where your skills will be valued, and your experience respected.We're looking for a capable and reliable fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is confident working from structural drawings.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabricating structural steelwork from drawings
• Welding mild steel (5mm to 40mm) to a high standard
• Carrying out precise cutting, drilling, and finishing
• Completing single and multi-run fillet welds
• Contributing to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workshop

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years' experience in steel fabrication
• Ability to read and work from detailed fabrication drawings
• Competence in thick plate welding (qualifications preferred)
• Solid understanding of workshop processes and tools
