About the Role

As Head of Client Services, you will lead a growing client services team focused on delivering a seamless assessment experience to training providers and employers. You'll take ownership of client onboarding, service delivery, and relationship management - ensuring service level agreements are met and long-term partnerships are nurtured.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing the Relationship Management and Coordination teams

*

Ensuring high-quality gateway and booking processes

*

Securing and managing apprentice assessment volumes and client contracts

*

Driving client engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies

*

Analysing performance data and forecasts, identifying opportunities for service or commercial improvements

*

Representing the client voice across internal strategy and assessment delivery discussions

About You

You'll likely be in a role such as Client Services Manager, Head of Employer Engagement, or Account Director within an EPAO, training provider, or awarding organisation, and ready for your next leadership challenge.

You will bring:

A strong network and experience within the Construction and Skills sector

*

Proven experience leading customer-focused teams, ideally within apprenticeships or qualifications

*

A successful track record of delivering targets, forecasts and commercial growth

*

Confidence in stakeholder management, onboarding, and contract negotiation

*

Experience using CRM systems and data to inform decision-making
