Role Overview

As a Bodyshop Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading the onsite Vehicle Enhancement Team, ensuring daily production targets and customer KPIs are met. You'll play a key role in maintaining high quality standards and delivering an excellent customer experience through efficient operations and strong team management.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Vehicle Enhancement Team to meet daily production targets.

* Ensure all customer KPIs are achieved, and service level agreements are met.

* Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of repair.

* Provide hands-on support to the team as required to drive efficiency and output.

* Liaise with inspection teams to support quality and process improvements.

* Monitor workloads and ensure timely completion of all work.

* Identify and rectify sub-standard repairs at the earliest stage.

* Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.

* Ensure strict adherence to all health & safety, PPE, and environmental policies.

* Oversee all elements of vehicle repair, including prep work, masking, priming, paint mixing, and polishing.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience:

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Exceptional attention to detail and time management.

* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience as a vehicle painter, prepper, polisher, or supervisor.

* Full UK driving licence
