Finance Analyst

Salary: £32,000.00-£37,000.00
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, we are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to join their finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst looking to take the next step in their career. You'll be joining a forward-thinking finance team, supporting the production and analysis of management accounts, helping drive insight and informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts

Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Partner with key stakeholders to understand financial results and business drivers

Develop financial models and reports to support business initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy

Skills & Requirements:

Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience

Previous experience working with or producing management accounts

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams

Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
