The Company

We are exclusively recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading technology business operating within specialist diagnostic imaging environments. This organisation provides critical equipment that supports accurate diagnostics and high standards of care.

The Role

This is a field based, hands on engineering role. Your diary and scheduling are centrally managed, allowing you to focus on delivering high quality technical support.

You will be responsible for:

* Preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support of high value imaging systems

* Fault finding across electrical, mechanical and software elements

* Working within professional clinical environments to support users through the repair lifecycle

* Liaising with scheduling and technical support teams to ensure efficient service delivery

We value engineers who have a natural feel for machinery and can think beyond the manual when diagnosing faults.

About You

You are likely an experienced Field Service Engineer with exposure to:

* Laboratory or diagnostic equipment

* Medical or clinical devices

* Printing or imaging systems

* Other capital electromechanical equipment

You will bring:

* Strong electromechanical fault finding skills

* Confidence working in professional clinical environments

* Clear communication and customer facing professionalism

* Experience managing a regional field based role

You enjoy problem solving, autonomy, and working within a well organised support structure.

Some limited overnight stays required.
