Applications Specialist - SharePoint & SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £250 - £300 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview:
A global life sciences brand is seeking an Applications Specialist with strong SharePoint expertise to support key SaaS platforms. You'll be part of a forward-thinking digital team, enabling enterprise collaboration and operational efficiency.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

Act as the SharePoint SME, managing configuration, support, and optimisation.
Provide 3rd line support for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver updates and improvements.
Create documentation, support integration, and contribute to Agile delivery. 
Essential Skills & Requirements:

In-depth experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics, and other SaaS platforms.
Comfortable working across Windows, iOS/macOS environments.
Familiar with ITIL processes, service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow), and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
