Commercial Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services company covering commercial contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland.

This is a mobile role working across a range of commercial properties, primarily focused on planned and reactive maintenance of commercial gas systems.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a variety of commercial gas equipment across multiple client sites.

You will also occasionally support with small installation projects and upgrades, so experience in this area would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas appliances and systems

Fault finding and diagnostics on heating systems and plant

*

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations

*

Completing service reports and documentation

*

Supporting small installation and upgrade projects where required

Requirements

*

Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (ACS)

*

Proven experience working within commercial environments

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Experience with small installations/projects would be beneficial
