Are you an experienced fabricator or installer with leadership qualities ready to take the next step in your career? ND Jeans Engineering Ltd-a well-established, family-run engineering and haulage company-is expanding, and we're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team!

About Us:
We manufacture and install high-quality bulk feed silos and auger conveying systems for agricultural clients across the UK. With an increase in project demand and continued business growth, we are creating a brand-new role to strengthen our workshop and on-site operations.

The Role:

This is a varied, practical role where you'll manage daily workshop activities, oversee installations on farms, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
You'll work closely with our Directors and Office Manager, taking responsibility for scheduling, team output, quality control, and customer relationships-both in the workshop and out on the road.

What You'll Be Doing:
*Leading and supervising a small team of workshop and installation operatives
*Managing day-to-day shop floor activities and on-site installations
*Coordinating project timelines and reporting progress to the Directors
*Overseeing stores and materials, including stock control
*Ensuring health & safety compliance, and producing risk assessments
*Hands-on fabrication of silos and equipment
*Travelling across the South West and wider UK (some overnight stays required)
What We're Looking For
*Practical experience in fabrication and/or agricultural equipment installation
*Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (ideal)
*Strong organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset
*Understanding of health and safety standards in a workshop/site setting
*Full UK driving licence
*A flexible, proactive attitude with the willingness to travel as needed

Why Join us:
*Be part of a supportive, family-run business with a positive team culture
*Opportunity to shape and grow a newly created role
*Varied and rewarding projects in the agricultural and engineering sectors
*Long-term job stability in a company committed to continuous improvement
