Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead / Stock Controller
Location: Twickenham, London

The Client are one of London's leading logistics and installation partners for commercial furniture projects. We work with major corporate clients, furniture manufacturers and dealers delivering complex workplace installations across the UK. Our warehouse is the operational backbone of these projects.

We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Warehouse Team Lead / Stock Controller who takes pride in running a tight operation and keeping inventory under control.

The Role
You will be responsible for warehouse organisation, inventory accuracy and supervising the warehouse team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, structured and comfortable taking ownership of the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Full responsibility for warehouse stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Manage goods in / goods out, checking deliveries and allocating storage locations.
• Ensure all project materials are correctly prepared and staged for installation teams.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Supervise warehouse operatives and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Requirements
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Experience leading or supervising warehouse staff.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Reliable, proactive and able to take ownership of processes.
• Experience in furniture logistics, removals, installation logistics or project logistics is highly desirable.
