My client in the South-West has reached out to me in need of a Planned Works Operations Manager to join the service on an interim basis for 6 months. He is looking for someone who has extensive experience across Property in the social housing remit. You would be coming in to manage a team of surveyors, deal with complaints, voided properties and elements of procurement for contractors.
