Job Description:
HAYS are currently recruiting an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a leading M&E Contractor business based in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of M&E projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of M&E projects, including procurement, cost management, and risk management.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with the project team to ensure that all commercial and contractual requirements are met.
Provide regular reports on project performance for senior management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of M&E contracting and commercial management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
