Ideal Experience - Plant Replacement / Boiler / Chiller / Heat Pump experience

Role: Manage all aspects of mechanical services projects. Ensure projects meet standards, deadlines, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* General Management:

* Lead and support project operations.

* Develop and implement company policies.

* Customer Service:

* Maintain high customer service standards.

* Foster relationships with existing and new clients.

* Standards Compliance:

* Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards and legislation.

* Collaborate with support departments as needed.

* Operations Management:

* Plan, allocate, and monitor project tasks.

* Oversee material procurement and subcontractor management.

* Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and standards.

* Commercial Oversight:

* Monitor project costs and progress.

* Prepare and present final accounts.

* Administration:

* Maintain accurate project files and administrative systems.

* Ensure timely communication and coordination within the business.

* Personnel Management:

* Clearly communicate performance expectations.

* Ensure health and safety standards are met.

* Business Development:

* Maintain and grow client relationships.

* Report on workload and identify business opportunities.
