Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – ManufacturingLincoln | £38,311 rising to £43,000 | 3-shift rotation (Days, Afters, Nights)

Responsibilities:
• Electrical breakdown response across heavy industry plant
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on furnace systems
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• Lead and develop junior team members where required
• Accurately log parts usage and maintenance activity
• Work safely and in line with HSE standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:
• BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
• Electrical experience in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Awareness of CI and planned maintenance systems
• Some mechanical understanding desirable
