My client are a well-established recruitment firm with offices nationwide and a rapidly expanding Leeds team. They are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to join the branch in Leeds to provide support to an ever growing team of consultants

This is an AMAZING opportunity to join a business and progress rapidly into an office management position.

Duties of a Senior Administrator Include;

·Day-to-day administrative support to all consultants

  • Responsible for Social media management, company linkedin, website and facebook pages
  • Dealing with company marketing
  • Assisting with the hiring of new staff members within the Leeds team
  • Managing the database and compliance of candidates and clients
  • Manage all external suppliers, invoicing, issues etc
  • Responsible for business travel, external events and accommodation
  • Ordering stationery and office equipment

As a Senior Administrator you will have the following key skills and experience;

·Ideally previous experience working in a recruitment agency

·Previous administration experience is ESSENTIAL

·Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

·Must have a strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages

Permanent - £18,000-£20,000 – Leeds City Centre – Monday-Friday
