Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across social housing properties in Weymouth and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general grounds and garden maintenance

Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces

Working across multiple sites within social housing environments

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Reporting to the depot each morning to collect a company van before travelling to sites

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Previous experience in one of the following:

Grounds maintenance

Gardening

Landscaping

Greenkeeping

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
