What you'll be doing:
As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen with a strong emphasis on baking - 90% of your role will be focused on producing cakes and bakes that keep customers coming back.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and refining café menus that showcase creativity and consistency

Managing kitchen operations, inventory, and supplier relationships

Training and leading a small, dedicated kitchen team

Overseeing food safety, cleanliness, and cost control

Collaborating with management to deliver a memorable food experience
