What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations across NHS and private surgical services.
• Improve efficiency and patient flow using data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For:

• NHS experience as a Hospital Operations Manager (private sector a bonus).
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in IT and project delivery.
