Our client, a façade specialist, is seeking an experienced Estimator with a proven track record in cladding projects to join their team.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for a range of projects, including private residences, schools, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding works

Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing

Ensure estimates are competitive while maintaining profitability

Support the project team through to completion

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator within the cladding industry is essential

Experience across both private and public sector projects (residential, education, healthcare)

Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and installation methods

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
