We're working with a well-performing residential developer who is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to take on a project-based assignment at an active development in Loxwood, Billingshurst.

This is a great fit for property professionals who prefer:

• Immediate start (Saturday 28th March)

• Ongoing project with consistent working pattern (Thursday - Monday, 10am - 5pm)

• £120.00 per day + holiday pay and commission (£200-£500 per plot), 5 days per week.

• A well-performing development with active pipeline.

• Opportunity to take ownership and deliver real results in a short space of time.

This is a front-of-house, delivery-focused role where you'll take ownership of the customer journey and ensure continuity on-site during a key period.

You will:

• Manage enquiries and walk-in customers

• Conduct viewings and present the development confidently

• Qualify buyers and progress sales through to reservation

• Maintain CRM systems and ensure consistent follow-up

• Support an existing pipeline (7 plots currently in legals)

• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience

• Approx. 10 units remaining to sell.

• 7 plots already in legals (commission available on applicable units).

• Strong sales performance year-to-date.

• Limited head office support - ideal for someone comfortable working independently.

This assignment is ideal for someone who:

• Has solid Property Sales experience.

• Can travel to Loxwood (car required).
