Technical Sales and Account Manager - Gloucestershire

We are looking for someone to join our clients friendly team to assist with sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and technical experience in the industry. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies would be ideal and wider knowledge of the products that are typically deployed in businesses environments would also be needed - Apple, Cisco, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Ubiquiti being some of the manufacturers of hardware solutions we sell alongside various managed services like VoIP, connectivity, anti-virus, RMM, spam filtering, SOC and SIEM solutions, backup and disaster recovery etc.
You will be able look after key client accounts, develop their IT strategy and design solutions. The role will also involve talking to and visiting new clients to win business, put quotes together and stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies. You will also be expected to liaise with distributors and suppliers to find the right products and pricing. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the solutions you have designed are delivered correctly and follow them through to completion and handover ensuring an excellent customer experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with proven experience of building and nurturing client relationships with a consultative approach. You will be confident, self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise your workload. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding technology business.
