Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety

Lead, motivate, and develop production and butchery teams

Plan and coordinate production schedules and maximise workflow efficiency

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

*

Monitor yields, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

*

Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, cost management, and process optimisation

About You

Proven experience in production management within the meat industry

*

Strong hands-on butchery background (retail or wholesale)

Effective leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
