A proactive Quantity Surveying consultancy with a strong market share of the high end residential sector, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is either recently chartered or working towards sitting their APC assessment.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining their London office and team of circa 25, the new Quantity Surveyor will predominantly deliver, support, and work on luxury high end residential projects within the private sector.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved throughout the whole project life cycle, from inception to completion, and will have the chance to lead projects with Associate and Director level support.

The Quantity Surveyor

* 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience

* Experience working within a QS consultancy / cost management practice

* Pre and post contract experience

* Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector

* Professional, client facing character
