Job Title: Site Manager - Windows & Doors
Location: South East (Covering areas from Leatherhead to Dorking and Haywards Heath)
Type: Temporary (Contract until end of the year)
Rate: Competitive, depending on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee window and door replacement works across multiple residential sites in the South East, with coverage from Leatherhead to Dorking and Haywards Heath.

This is a temporary role running until the end of the year, ideal for a proactive and organised Site Manager who can ensure smooth project delivery, maintain health and safety standards, and work closely with operatives and subcontractors on site.

• Manage the day-to-day operations on site for window and door replacement projects

• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely, quality installations

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and project specifications

• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site records

• Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to manage expectations and report progress

• Monitor materials, deliveries, and work schedules to keep projects on track

• Ensure site documentation including RAMS and daily reports are completed correctly

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing or refurbishment projects

• Strong background in window and door installation management

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification

• Full UK driving licence and own transport (travel across South East required)
