We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a high performing sales team, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a sales manager role
• Excellent mentoring, and people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with sales management or CRM software is a plus.
