Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 or NVQ Level 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management - preferred

*

Must meet the requirements to be registered under Regulation 28

*

Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and safeguarding

*

Proven ability to lead a team and deliver outstanding care
