We’re supporting a lovely primary school in Bradford looking for a TA to work 1:1 with a pupil with speech and language needs.

Your role:

• Supporting communication through structured activities
• Working alongside speech and language specialists
• Helping the pupil engage with lessons and peers
• Building confidence, one conversation at a time

You’ll need:

• Experience with SEN or communication needs
• A patient, encouraging approach
• Strong communication skills (you’ll be modelling them every day)
