Service Administrator

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a dynamic and growing team within a leading engineering and service organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a vital role in supporting the engineering and service departments by managing day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Act as the first point of contact for all customer service queries.
Schedule jobs and monitor progress of engineers' assignments.
Maintain accurate records of service work and installations.
Order consumables such as toner and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Manage parts inventory, including regular stock takes and reordering.
Arrange timely dispatch of goods to clients and field engineers.
Coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers.
Support invoicing, filing, and general administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a busy office or service-based administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident working independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office / Excel / databases).
