* Role: Head of Housing

* Contract Length: 6/12 months

* Days on site: 3 day per week

* Start Date: ASAP

* Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and Manage the transformation of Private Sector Housing Team

* Transfer the Private Sector Housing Team from Public Protection to Housing Services

* Lead the Renters Rights Act Reform for the Council

* Establish a proactive Enforcement culture and effective best practice operational system

Key Requirements:

* Lead and managed large Private Sector Housing Teams in the past.

* Vast experience within transformation in Private Sector Housing
