We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant school in Burnley. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a proven track record in Key Stage 2 (KS2). The successful candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have substantial experience in KS2 settings.
Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet the curriculum standards for Year 3.
- Assess and record students' progress, preparing reports and communicating with parents and guardians to support student development.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate activities and learning experiences.
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and meetings as required.
- Implement strategies to manage classroom behavior effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience working in Key Stage 2 (KS2) is required.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
