We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in heavy earthworks to join a major civils project in Aylesbury.
🔍 Essential Requirements - Do NOT apply unless you meet ALL of the following:

Proven experience supervising heavy earthworks operations (bulk dig, muck shift, ground prep, etc.)
Gold CSCS card
Valid First Aid certificate
Steady and consistent work history in similar roles - no frequent short-term roles
Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Daily supervision of groundworks and earthworks teams
Coordinating plant, labour, and materials
Ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times
Reporting progress and issues to site management
