Working in a busy parcel sorting hub, the job will mainly involve loading and unloading trailers manually (up to 25kg's)

Other duties will include

• Sorting and scanning packages according to specific instructions and routing them to their designated locations.
• Loading and unloading packages onto conveyor belts or other sorting equipment.
• Operating and maintaining sorting equipment and reporting any malfunctions to management.
• Ensuring that all packages are properly labelled and packaged to avoid damage during transit.
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Following all safety procedures and regulations.
• Keeping track of packages and updating package tracking information as needed.
• Communicating with supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient sorting and delivery of packages.
• You will also be required to assist with loading sorted parcels onto the delivery vehicles at the end of the shift
