The RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating fees and contracts with clients
- Building and developing strong client relationships
- Arranging client meetings and interviews
- Sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing top candidates
- Persuading businesses to use your services and delivering results to tight deadlines
This is a highly target-driven role, requiring resilience and confidence on the phone. Working hours are typically 8:00/8:30am to 6:30/7:00pm, reflecting the demands of the industry – but with long hours comes exceptional rewards, both financially and in career progression.
