JOB SUMMARY

This remote-based position is focused on telephonically conveying the value of our products to customers who are eligible, willing, and engaged through cold-calling, conversation and connecting with the customers' needs. Using positive interactions with the customers to gain referrals and building your own leads.

DUTIES

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Build a referral base through customers reached
  • Present, promote and sell products using agreed methods
  • Present, promote and sell products using conversation with the customers and not a script
  • Present products to potential customers who meet company criteria
  • Present products in a manner that the customer understands what they have purchased
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Generate referrals and leads while maintaining the fundamentals of the PoPI Act
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Maintain required QA score
  • Communicate challenges to team leader for coaching assistance

EDUCATION AND KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • 6 months outbound sales call centre experience
  • Ability to create positive energy during a presentation
  • Proven track record of sales in an outbound call centre
  • Proven ability to address customer needs and objections
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to SELL
  • Confident and never-give-up attitude
  • Persuasive negotiation skills
  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection with speeds higher than 5mbps
  • Relevant sales in-house training certificates or accredited courses
  • Self-Driven and self-motivated
  • Goal Oriented

A monthly equipment and data allowance will be provided by the company. Each applicant needs to ensure that they have a reliable computer and stable internet of not less than 5mbs (fibre or LTE preferred)
