Building Condition Surveyor B&CE 
  • Salary: £55,000 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
  • Conduct B&CE condition surveys in accordance with Strategic Asset Management programme.
  • Determine serviceability of building fabric and produce documented reports.
  • Conduct RFHI inspections and produce reports.
  • Review draft asset condition reports.
  • Plan and conduct ESTC inspections.
  • Identify building defects and recommend solutions.
  • Advise on preservation of historic buildings.
  • Prepare insurance reinstatement assessments.
What We're Looking For:Technician or Incorporated Engineer membership of either the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) or other equivalent Charted body.HNC/HND or equivalent qualification. Trade background or 3+ years' experience.Full UK driving licence. Experience & Knowledge:
  • Experience in B&CE and M&E projects.
  • Experience in Project Management or Construction Management roles.
  • Knowledge of building regulations.
  • Analytical and structured approach to work.
  • Working knowledge of CDM regulations.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders.
Skills:
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
