Export Forwarder (Ocean & Road) - Operations

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Effectively manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish
• Prepare and process all export documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial and Certificates of Origin.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customer, carrier, & regulatory requirements.
• Follow SOP's and update accordingly
• Submitting VGM through CNS & Destin8
• Prepare and complete full export documentation and sending prealerts within set KPI
• Ensure compliance with export control regulations inlcuding AMS / ACI / ISF
• Sending EDI bookings and SI to carriers
• FCL and LCL Quotations upon request
• Manage multiple shipments simultaneously, ensuring accuracy & adherence to deadlines
• Resolve any issues related to documentation, cargo readiness, delays, or carrier disputes.
• Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
