A highly inclusive secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join its thriving Inclusion Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to support neurodivergent pupils, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), in a well-resourced and supportive school community.

We welcome applications from both primary and secondary trained teachers with substantial experience working with children and young people with autism. What We're Looking For:

Qualified teacher (primary or secondary) with proven experience supporting children with autism
Deep understanding of ASC and associated needs (communication, sensory, emotional regulation)
Ability to adapt curriculum delivery to suit diverse learners (ages 11-16)
A reflective and collaborative teaching style
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and behaviour management skills
A compassionate and proactive approach to inclusionWe Offer:
