Are you an experienced Head of Sales looking for a new challenge where you can take full ownership of sales strategy, team performance, and commercial delivery?

We're supporting a high growth business that's looking to appoint a dynamic Head of Sales to lead their national sales function. This is a pivotal role that will see you working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, build capability, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading, managing and mentoring a high performing teams
Developing and executing a national sales strategy that delivers on growth targets
Using data and insight to set KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability
Building strong relationships with key accounts and new business prospects
Champion the integration of innovative processes, tools, and methodologies
Lead and manage transformational change
Collaborating cross functionally with marketing, operations and other relevant departmentsWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head of Sales, National Sales or equivalent Senior Sales role
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of building successful teams
Experience managing sales teams across multiple channels
A commercially sharp mindset and the ability to influence at senior level
