A recognised consulting firm delivering Oracle-led transformation programmes across the UK public and regulated enterprise sectors is growing its Oracle Cloud team to support increasing demand for HCM Cloud delivery expertise.
This opportunity is aimed at experienced consultants with hands-on configuration capability in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), specifically in Learning and/or Payroll modules. The role is delivery-focused, with involvement across the full lifecycle of UK-based implementation and enhancement programmes, rather than pure support or BAU work. It suits candidates who are comfortable working closely with HR and Payroll teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Key duties
Hands-on configuration and delivery across Oracle HCM Cloud, with focus on Learning and/or Payroll modules
Leading and supporting CRPs, playbacks and solution workshops
Engaging with client teams across testing, training and go-live activity
Supporting data migration, reporting and integrations as part of integrated delivery teams
Providing post go-live support and enhancements where needed
Working directly with HR and Payroll stakeholders to deliver change
Candidates must have hands-on functional delivery experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with configuration expertise in one or both of Learning (Learn Cloud) or Payroll Cloud. Full lifecycle exposure - from design through to build, test and go-live - is essential.
Experience working within public sector environments is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with other modules such as Absence, Core HCM, Journeys or Security is welcomed.
This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to Oracle EBS. Similarly, profiles rooted in HR business partnering or management, or those with a purely technical integration focus, will not be a match for this post.
This position offers a salary in the range of £75,000 to £95,000 depending on experience. Seniority within the band will reflect depth of Oracle HCM Cloud expertise rather than previous job titles or employer brand. The role provides long-term exposure to significant UK transformation programmes, with flexible and hybrid working potentially available.
