Reeson Education is excited to be partnering with a warm and nurturing nursery setting in Hackney to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a September start. This is a term-time-only role, with trial days taking place as soon as possible-so don't miss your chance to secure your position early!

This nursery provides a supportive, child-centred environment where your skills and experience as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be highly valued. You'll join a dedicated team committed to fostering children's development through a structured, play-based approach, following the EYFS framework.

What We're Offering:

Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Start: September 2025
Trials: Taking place immediately
Hours: Term-time only
Option 1: 8:30am - 4:45pm (Mon-Thurs), 8:45am - 4:45pm (Fri)
Option 2: 9:30am - 5:45pm (Mon-Thurs), 9:45am - 5:45pm (Fri)
Pay: £82.14 - £110 per day (depending on experience)We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A calm, caring, and proactive approach
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding
Someone who works well independently and as part of a teamAs a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, You Will:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Observe, record, and contribute to children's progress reports
Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
