Food Production Operative - FMCG | Banbury

12-Hour Rotating Shifts INCLUDING DAYS AND NIGHTS | 2 Rest Days per Week
£14.50 - £17 per hour DOE

What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor automated production machines
Read and follow detailed recipes to ensure product consistency
Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Occasionally assist with basic machine fixes and adjustments
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (days and nights) across 7-day operations with 2 rest days

What We're Looking For
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Ability to follow instructions with precision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable standing for long periods
Previous experience in FMCG or food production is a bonus-but not essential
