We're currently recruiting for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Manager to join the team a fantastic, progressive team based in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the warehouse - including storing, picking, and packing stock - and overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the site. You'll support the team, monitor efficiency, and make improvements where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership - Manage and support warehouse staff while upholding safety and performance standards.
Warehouse Operations - Oversee goods in/out, stock control, shipping, and general warehouse flow.
Inventory & Returns - Maintain accurate stock records, manage returns, and ensure efficient packing/distribution.
Process Improvement - Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and cost.
Training & Collaboration - Deliver staff training and work closely with other departments to meet operational goals.
Systems & Reporting - Use warehouse software and Microsoft tools to track operations and report performance.
Health & Safety - Ensure a safe working environment in line with company and legal standards
Skills and Attributes:

Team Player - Positive, helpful attitude in the workplace.
Managerial Experience - Ideally experience managing people within a warehouse.
Collaborative - Works well with colleagues and contributes to a strong team culture.
Flexible - Quick thinker, adaptable to change.
IT Skills - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and warehouse-related IT systems.
