Location: Surrey

Contract: Full-time, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Support marketing events and show home presentations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
  • Demonstrated customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a small team
  • Humble attitude with willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Full UK driving licence
