TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to appoint Stock Condition and RDSAP Surveyors in Southwark on a 4 YEAR CONTRACT.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.
Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks - Good Rates
Over 60,000 dwellings and 5,000 blocks to survey!
Properties located in/around SOUTHWARK , Central London.
Full time only -3 to 5 days a week required
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT - DOOR KNOCKING IS ALSO AN OPTION!
Must be a QUALIFIED DEA - ELMHURST or STERLING
Must have PRIOR Stock Condition and RDSAP experience
Familiarity with HHSRS START DATE - MID AUGUST/EARLY SEPTEMBER 2025 - But the shortlisting/interviews will be taking place in the next 1/2 weeks!
