Key Responsibilities

Program and operate Biesse nesting CNC

Create efficient toolpaths from SolidWorks/CAM

Optimise nesting for material usage

*

Set up tooling, run test jobs, and make adjustments

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Collaborate with design and workshop teams

Requirements

Experience with CNC programming & Biesse machines

*

Skilled in SolidWorks and CAM software

*

Understanding of G-code and joinery/furniture machining

*

Confident with various materials: MDF, hardwoods, veneers, melamine

*

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Experience in bespoke furniture or joinery

Familiarity with curved parts, inlays, or advanced CNC strategies
