What’s needed:

• Registered Manager or Service Manager experience within residential, supported living, or complex care
• A strong understanding of CQC, governance, and service quality
• A confident, people-focused leader who thrives on building teams and raising standards

• £50k-£60k depending on experience + retention bonus
