* Inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly

* Measuring and marking sheet metal to prepare for installation

* Cutting, bending, and fabricating sheet metal ducts

* Using power and hand tools to secure ductwork in place

* Ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations

* Testing HVAC systems and ductwork to detect any leaks or malfunctions

* Repairing or replacing worn or defective parts
